Remembrance Day 2022

On Friday 11th November our whole school joined together for our Armistice and Remembrance Assembly. We joined together outside for an assembly where our children held a two minute silence and added our wreaths of Remembrance that each year group made. These were based around the Commonwealth this year and our children explored how different countries in the Commonwealth take part in Remembrance each year. Children in Year 6 produced some really poignant poems which were read out on the day too. 

The children were so respectful and it was a lovely moment to share as a whole school together in Remembrance.
