Indian Street Market Summer Celebration 2017

On the 14th July 2017, Lanesend Primary School held our very own Indian Street Market to honour our final topic of the year 'India'. All entrants paid £1.00 to enjoy lots of free activities including face painting, henna, yoga, cardboard challenge Taj Mahal, dress up photobooth, crafts and games! Thank you to our food team who cooked a delicious curry on the night for our guests to enjoy. The highlight of the night had to be our entertainment arena with performances from Reception children, Bollywood dancing and finally Holi Paint Throwing which was so much fun! We raised just under £1000 for our wonderful new minibus - thank you to our families who came to support us at this event.
