Dance Live 2023...100 Years of Our BBC

On Thursday 23rd February we took children from across Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 to Portsmouth Guildhall to perform in this year's Dance Live competition. Our concept this year was '100 Years of the BBC' and we took the audience on a whistle-stop show through the decades of broadcasting history since the BBC first began. The children performed so well and we are proud of how well they did. We came third in our heats and also won the 'Concept' award for our ideas. Well done Team Lanesend!
