Reception hear about renewable energy!

Reception had a very special visit today from Nicola’s Dad, Daniele, who came to talk to them about his job making wind turbines. He told them about renewable and non-renewable energy sources and explained why it was important to use renewable energy wherever possible. He also showed them a model of the wind turbines he makes and we learnt the names of each of the parts. Thank you so much to Daniele for a very interesting morning and to Mr Owen for organising it.
